As a valued Limelight customer, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us to deliver your video and digital content. As the concerns around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continue to grow, we want to reassure you that we’re taking the appropriate steps to ensure Limelight’s high-quality services are not interrupted.

 

We take our role in the internet ecosystem seriously, especially given its critical importance as people around the globe respond to the threats of COVID-19. The Limelight network and services are available 24x7x365, and we’re fully capable of operating our network remotely if needed. We’re also in communication with our business-critical partners and they have contingency plans in place to ensure business continuity.

 

We’ve activated Limelight’s pandemic response plan worldwide and are following the best practices of the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local government authorities. Our focus is to protect our employees and those with whom they interact.
