The Limelight Networks suite of services elevate your digital brand and take your Digital Presence to the next level. Our Implementation Services team can help you get the most out of these tools and take advantage of the digital medium.

Project Implementation Methodology

We use the Limelight Networks WCM implementation methodology during implementation of your Digital Presence solution. First, we establish the framework for a successful project. Then we design the solution and develop a detailed project approach. We then proceed to configure the solution to enable you to achieve your strategic business objectives. Once the configuration is complete, we perform thorough testing and execute a rollout strategy. Finally we offer ongoing services to help you unlock the value of your investment over time.

  • Pre-Sales Discovery: Establishes the framework for a successful project through a properly sized and positioned solution
  • Design: Creates the detailed design of the solution that achieves the objectives of the customer and establishes the foundation for the configuration of the solution
  • Configure: An iterative process to translate the design and content into a working prototype of the solution
  • Validate: A thorough process of testing the solution, both technically and by end-users, to confirm the configuration and content meet customer expectations
  • Launch: The process of delivering the configured and validated solution to a production environment through the execution of the launch plan
  • Enhance: The ongoing alignment and optimization of the solution within the customer’s changing business environment. This is an optional phase of the methodology that provides significant value to customers that desire ongoing assistance

Project Quality Assurance Layer

The Quality Assurance Layer of the Limelight Networks Implementation Methodology is a phased review process designed to provide best practice guidelines to the implementation team and create the best possible solution for the customer. This layer reviews the architecture, security, usability, and performance, as well as verifying that the customer’s objectives are being met.

The four reviews as part of this process include:

  • Best Practices Design Review
  • Configuration Review
  • Validation Workshop
  • Post-Launch Review

Incorporating these reviews throughout the implementation process will catch any potential project quality issues at the earliest points of the process and provide corrective actions.
